Shoe Guidelines
School Shoes
Pupils must wear black school shoes with closed toes and a maximum heel height of three centimetres; Velcro or secure slip‑on shoes are acceptable for nursery pupils. In winter for reception to year six, pupils must wear black shoes or black boots, each with a heel no higher than three centimetres; trainers, open‑toed shoes or any footwear with a heel exceeding three centimetres are not permitted. In summer, pupils may wear white or black sandals that have a secure fastening and a maximum heel height of three centimetres; trainers, crocs and any footwear that does not meet these specifications are not allowed. All school shoes must be named.
PE Shoes
Pupils in Reception and Years 1 to 6 must wear plain white trainers during PE lessons.
